What makes me think is successful leadership is a prodigy then? When Bill Gates could elevate the company in terms of revenue why not Ballmer. I do understand the competition factor is different over the period. May be I am blunt :-(

KurKure

After seeing Ironman, I realized that there is way to go for Tamil movies in technical advancements. Stop rounding around trees and dancing in Australia. Show something new and different in an interesting way, you will get your collections and even more. Oh Yeah! People say it will work out only in urban area where "A"class audiences reside. But Anaconda dubbed in Tamil did run for good time in rural area. Think for a moment!

This particular song though a perfect "Kuthu" number excites me for some reason. Has some thought provoking lyrics too!!

Evolution of Kuruvi

Udhya: I am planning to produce a movie and if you can give me a good script, I am ready. Both my grand father and father are forcing me to spend as we are finding hard for a storing place to preserve the money.

Dharani: Udhya I have a wonderful and speedy script than Ghilli & Dhool. Who will be your choice as the hero?

Udhya: How about Ajith?

Dharani: Boss I don't want to give a flop show here.

Udhya: Ok then next choice would be Vijay.

Dharani: Fine, I was comfortable during Ghilli with him. The storyline is strong and will project Vijay in a different dimension.

Udhya: Dharani, since Vijay is there we don't need a story. So remove the story completely and we will keep the screenplay tight.

Vijay enters the discussion room after Udhya called him.

Vijay: Na Dharani Na, you kept only 1 scene in Ghilli for me where I jump from one terrace to another terrace. But here I want many scenes like that to boost my heroic image.

Dharani: No worries, I will even go to the extent of keeping a scene that you fall in love only when you fly in air.

Vijay: Udhya you were specifying some tight screenplay. We don't need that too as we have Trisha mam in it. So we can remove it as well.

Dharani: OK no story, no screenplay then how about music?

Udhya: Since Vijay is a good dancer if someone could hit some of the musical instruments where he has scope to his dance movements then it should work well.

Dharani: We also have two villains in the movie one is Ashish Vidhyarthi and another is Suman. We can effectively use them.

Vijay: No no, let us make them little ineffective so that they can be viewed as comedians as well as villains.

Dharani: How about Vivek as lead comedian and also accompanying you throughout the movie.

Vijay: He might over take me so better we cut him off in the first half of the movie.

Everyone agrees to the resulted script and Kuruvi emerges flamboyantly. Hurray!!

Observation

I visit Dunkin Donuts for hot lattes most of the time at various places around Chicago. One thing I did observe is most of these stores were served by Indians and specifically North Indians.

So is this a true statement?

"America runs on Dunkin while India runs Dunkin!!!"

Learnt at a cost

The issue got resolved after diagnosing at the high command, Toyota services. It was a simple fix for which I had to pass through various incompetent(s). Anyways my car did teach me a professional lesson.

"Go to right people at right time to get the right solution"

Thanks to my dear car!

Itchy Interviews

Gnayani a known journalist and a famous person for his open talks, has an on-TV interview section in Kumudam.com. He was interviewing Balakumaran who is a famous Tamil writer. In this interview he did ask few compelling questions on the thoughts of Balakumaran as a writer. But were like totally challenging his opinion as it is incorrect or conflicting. Balakumaran did manage his temper level under control but still couldn't answer clearly. He was struggling few times to present what he meant and few times was clean bold. I felt pity for him as every person has their own belief and challenging it on an interview was an uncomfortable situation. Everyone can be challenged that what they believe is incorrect even Gnayani himself can be challenged. But I believe this wasn't the reason for an interview. It is for the person being interviewed to share his ideas, thoughts and so on... But this is Gnayani style may be, which warns me not be interviewed by him in future :)

Selvaraghavan known for his different dimension films was on the TV sets for an interview. He was sheer arrogant in the discussion for his talent and as a successful director. Few items you could accept as it is common nature seen in majority of talented successful people. But few of his thoughts I couldn’t digest which depicts him as a highly self-centered person. I had different opinion about him as a person and after this I was proved wrong. I imagined him through his short stories of his experience in a weekly magazine. It portrayed him as a go-get person with deep belief in hard work. Anyways he is what he is...
