Vallavan...Noooooooo...!!

Personally I don't like Silambarasan a.k.a Simbhu, due to the fact that he tries to show off too much. There is a dialogue in the movie Pudupettai where Dhanush tries to show his pride as "ஏய் நான் தான்! நான் தான்!!". I believe that this is perfectly applicable to Simbhu. He might be talented but that doesn't mean that he knows everything. I read in one of his interview or as a gossip that he has said like he was the one who directed the movie Manmadhan but still in title card a different director name was posted. Why the heck!!
Vallavan was the only Tamil movie which I watched in Diwali damakas. The movie was so much hyped by everybody and it was taken for such a long period. Promotions on the movie were like "Simbhu doing the editing every night in his home to fasten the screenplay". Nayanthara in her interview "Simbhu is so talented and every stroke of the movie would be a delight. The movie was taken with utmost diligence by Simbhu". To add more spice one more, tagged around was "Love affair between Nayanthara and Simbhu". My god...Save us!!
The movie was just a repeatu of Padayapa and nothing else. A girl had this strong desire to marry a guy and she takes revenge on him when he goes with another girl. For this ctrl + c story, I feel this hoopla was unnecessary. Adding to this base line, few college scenes + sentiments + two fight sequences + Punch dialogues + few good songs + three colorful heroines and our great Simbhu. "தலை எல்லாம் சுத்துது"
The song "Loosu penne" was really good to hear. I was thinking this would be picturized with good steps. But he has done some "Yoo Yoo" stuff with few glossy females around him. Yuvan, Sandhya and Santhanam have done their roles well. But Nayanthara has also done her role well [Catch my point;-0]. Reema, please no more characters on screen like this. One question to you was the face with makeup or without makeup. The movie can be seen with a free ticket + 10$ for the interval expense :-)
